200g of macaroni La Moderna
300g of large headless shrimp or 8 large
3 minced cloves of garlic,
2 tablespoons of parsley
2 guajillo
chilies cut into rings
6 tablespoons olive oil
salt
PREPARATION
Fry in olive oil the minced cloves
of garlic, the guajillo chili and the headless and shelled shrimps.
Cook the pasta according to
package instructions and drain.
Mix the pasta with the seasoning, in the same pan where the shrimps
were fried, sautéing everything, decorate with parsley and serve
hot.
