SHORT MACARRON IN SALMON CARBONARA
INGREDIENTS:
200g. Short Macarron “La Moderna”
100g. Finely chopped smoked salmon
2 Yolks
2 tablespoon of cream
2 tablespoon of olive oil
1 tablespoon of finely chopped onion
Salt
PREPARATION:
In a pan, fry salmon with olive oil.
Apart, in a bowl mix the yolks with cream and salt.
Meanwhile, burn the pasta in agreement with the instructions and drained.
In the pan, skip the salmon, add egg cream and skip for two minutes at simmer.
Serves hot and garnish with onion
