1 Box of Rotini Golden Harvest®
7 oz strawberries
3.5 oz white seedless grape
7oz pineapple in syrup in pieces
7oz melon
2 Cups peach yogurt
Cook pasta according to package directions and drain. Cool it with two glasses of water, reserve.
Meanwhile in a big salad bowl arrange the grapes, pineapple drained and chopped, melon balls or dice and add the pasta, keep it in the fridge for about 10 minutes.
Mix in a bowl yogurt with the pineapple syrup and keep it also in the fridge.
A few minutes before serve, coat the pasta with fruits with the yogurt cream, add the half chopped strawberries and mix carefully with a wooden shovel.
Serve cold.
