1 box of Spaghetti Golden Harvest®
8 slices bacon minced
6 egg yolks
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
3 tablespoon parsley minced
Salt and black pepper to taste
Cook pasta according to package directions and drain.
Meanwhile fry the bacon until browned and drain.
In a big bowl mix the yolks, cheese, parsley, salt, pepper and stir until having a creamy mixture.
Return pasta to the cooking pot and in hot with a low heat; mix with the season and the rest of the bacon.
Try not to overcook the egg; it must keep a liquid consistency.
