Spaghetti Alla Carbonara


  • 1 box of Spaghetti Golden Harvest®

  • 8 slices bacon minced

  • 6 egg yolks

  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese

  • 3 tablespoon parsley minced

  • Salt and black pepper to taste


  • Cook pasta according to package directions and drain.

  • Meanwhile fry the bacon until browned and drain.

  • In a big bowl mix the yolks, cheese, parsley, salt, pepper and stir until having a creamy mixture.

  • Return pasta to the cooking pot and in hot with a low heat; mix with the season and the rest of the bacon.


  • Try not to overcook the egg; it must keep a liquid consistency.
