1 box Rotini Golden Harvest®
5 cauliflower florets
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 garlic clove finely chopped
1 pinch nutmeg
300ml. milk cream
Parmesan cheese or fresh cheese crumbled to taste
Salt to taste
In a cooking pot place the cauliflower in 3 liters of boiling water with salt, until cooked.
In the same water, cook pasta according to package directions.
Meanwhile, chopped the cauliflower and fry it in olive oil with garlic, add the pinch nutmeg, and at the end the cream, season with salt.
Mix with the pasta and serve it hot topping with parmesan cheese or fresh cheese.
