Cream Cauliflower Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1 box Rotini Golden Harvest®

  • 5 cauliflower florets

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 garlic clove finely chopped

  • 1 pinch nutmeg

  • 300ml. milk cream

  • Parmesan cheese or fresh cheese crumbled to taste

  • Salt to taste

Preparation

  • In a cooking pot place the cauliflower in 3 liters of boiling water with salt, until cooked.

  • In the same water, cook pasta according to package directions.

  • Meanwhile, chopped the cauliflower and fry it in olive oil with garlic, add the pinch nutmeg, and at the end the cream, season with salt.

  • Mix with the pasta and serve it hot topping with parmesan cheese or fresh cheese.
