1 box Penne Rigate Golden Harvest®
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
5.3 oz. prosciutto finely chopped
1.8 oz. black olives finely chopped
Sage finely chopped
1 tablespoon salt and pepper
Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and reserve.
Meanwhile, in a pan melt the butter, once melted, add the olive oil and fry the ham with the olives and the sage.
Season with salt and pepper and right away sauté the pasta in a pan with the rest of the ingredients and serve it hot.
