Prosciutto Ham and Black Olives Penne Rigate


  • 1 box Penne Rigate Golden Harvest®

  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 5.3 oz. prosciutto finely chopped

  • 1.8 oz. black olives finely chopped

  • Sage finely chopped

  • 1 tablespoon salt and pepper


  • Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and reserve.

  • Meanwhile, in a pan melt the butter, once melted, add the olive oil and fry the ham with the olives and the sage.

  • Season with salt and pepper and right away sauté the pasta in a pan with the rest of the ingredients and serve it hot.
