Chipotle Pasta with Suasage


  • 1 box Rotini Golden Harvest®

  • 2 pieces sausage in cubes

  • 7 oz. Oaxaca cheese chopped into cubes.

  • 1 tablespoon adobo chipotle

  • 1 tablespoon pinions

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


  • In a pan with olive oil fry the sausage, pinions and the chipotle.

  • Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions and drain.

  • Place the pasta in the pan and in hot, salté with the sausage, add cheese and let it melt.
