2 golden Apple diced
1 red Apple diced
2 celery sticks cut in half moons
1/4 onion thinly minced
2 cup milk cream
4 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 cup almond finely chopped
Pepper to taste
Cook pasta according to package directions and drain. Cool it with two glasses of water, reserve.
In a bowl mix the cream, mayonnaise and sugar. Reserve.
Arrange in a big salad bowl the apples, add them lemon juice to avoid oxidation, and then add the celery, onion and nuts.
Add the cream well mixed with the mayonnaise and sugar, stir well, finally add the well drained pasta and mix it carefully with a wooden shovel.
Season with pepper to taste and serve at normal temperature.
