Multicolor Elbow Macaroni Salad


  • 1 Box of Elbows Golden Harvest®

  • 2 golden Apple diced

  • 1 red Apple diced

  • 2 celery sticks cut in half moons 

  • 1/4 onion thinly minced

  • 2 lemon

  • 2 cup milk cream

  • 4 tablespoon mayonnaise 

  • 1 tablespoon sugar

  • 1/2 cup almond finely chopped 

  • Pepper to taste 


  • Cook pasta according to package directions and drain. Cool it with two glasses of water, reserve.

  • In a bowl mix the cream, mayonnaise and sugar. Reserve.

  • Arrange in a big salad bowl the apples, add them lemon juice to avoid oxidation, and then add the celery, onion and nuts.

  • Add the cream well mixed with the mayonnaise and sugar, stir well, finally add the well drained pasta and mix it carefully with a wooden shovel.

  • Season with pepper to taste and serve at normal temperature.
