1 box of penne rigate Golden Harvest®
10.60 oz chicken breast thinly sliced
3 portobello mushrooms
2 garlic cloves
2 red pepper sliced
½ glass white wine
1 rosemary spring
8 tablespoon olive oil
Black pepper fine ground
Salt
In a pan with olive oil fry the garlic, chicken, rosemary, red pepper and the mushrooms.
Add white wine, and let reduce for about 10 minutes, meanwhile add salt and pepper
Cook pasta according to package directions drain and set aside.
Finally mix thoroughly hot with the seasoning.
