Black Pepper Penne Rigate with Portobello Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 1 box of penne rigate Golden Harvest®

  • 10.60 oz chicken breast thinly sliced

  • 3 portobello mushrooms

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • 2 red pepper sliced

  • ½ glass white wine

  • 1 rosemary spring

  • 8 tablespoon olive oil

  • Black pepper fine ground

  • Salt

Preparation

  • In a pan with olive oil fry the garlic, chicken, rosemary, red pepper and the mushrooms.

  • Add white wine, and let reduce for about 10 minutes, meanwhile add salt and pepper

  • Cook pasta according to package directions drain and set aside.

  • Finally mix thoroughly hot with the seasoning.
