Oysters Spaghetti


  • 1 box of Spaghetti Golden Harvest®

  • 2 bottles oysters

  • 1/2 cup white wine

  • 8 tablespoon olive oil

  • 3 tablespoon mashed tomatoes

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • 2 tablespoon parsley thinly minced

  • Salt to taste

  • Black pepper ground to taste


  • Cook pasta according to package directions and drain.

  • Meanwhile in a pan, in olive oil fry the garlic, mashed tomato, parsley and oysters.

  • After five minutes add wine white

  • Add more heat until boil. Season with salt and pepper.

  • Drain pasta, on hot put it in the pan and sauté with seasoning for about 2 or 3 minutes.
