1 box of Spaghetti Golden Harvest®
2 bottles oysters
1/2 cup white wine
8 tablespoon olive oil
3 tablespoon mashed tomatoes
2 garlic cloves
2 tablespoon parsley thinly minced
Salt to taste
Black pepper ground to taste
Cook pasta according to package directions and drain.
Meanwhile in a pan, in olive oil fry the garlic, mashed tomato, parsley and oysters.
After five minutes add wine white
Add more heat until boil. Season with salt and pepper.
Drain pasta, on hot put it in the pan and sauté with seasoning for about 2 or 3 minutes.
