Spaghetti Frutti Di Mare


  • 1 box ofspaghetti Golden Harvest®

  • 2 trays frozen clams

  • 12 big shrimps with head

  • 8 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 green chile thinly minced

  • ½ cup dry white wine

  • ½ bunch parsley minced

  • Salt


  • In a big pan with olive oil fry garlic, green chile, the shrimp heads and shells for about 5 minutes, squashing them with a spoon.

  • Remove the heads and the shells, throw them away.

  • Add in half of the parsley, deveined shrimp, the clams and after 5 minutes add in white wine, bring to a boil and season with salt.

  • Cook pasta according to package directions and drain.

  • Remove the seafood from the pan and add the pasta, with low heat stir with seasoning and serve hot in dishes decorated with the seafood and the rest of the parsley.
